Product Description:
BNP mainly exists in ventricular diaphragm particles, and its secretion depends on ventricular volume expansion and pressure load increase. After stimulation, cardiomyocytes produce B-type natriuretic peptide precursor (pre-proBNP) containing 134 amino acids, and then form BNP precursor (proBNP) containing 108 amino acids. The latter was cleaved to NT-proBNP containing 76 amino acids and NT-PROBNP containing 32 amino acids and active B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) under the action of endonuclide. The detection of NT-proBNP is basically not affected by receptor site changes and daily activities, and there is no daytime physiological fluctuations, so there is no need to fix the position and time, but to avoid strenuous exercise. Since BNP and NT-proBNP are mainly synthesized by left ventricular cardiomyocytes and secreted into the blood after the production of equimolar number in the body, both can be used as an effective marker of heart failure, which can independently predict the increased ventricular pressure. Essential hypertension and its evaluation of left ventricular dysfunction and other cardiovascular related diseases have important value in the auxiliary diagnosis, treatment evaluation and monitoring.

Test Principle
Double antibody sandwich method was used in the kit. The detection principle is: the sample to be tested, R1 reagent, R2 reagent and M reagent are mixed for incubation, and the fluorescein (FITC) labeled BNP antibody 1 in R1 reagent and the alkaline phosphatase (ALP) labeled BNP antibody 2 in R2 reagent are combined with the BNP antigen molecules in the sample to form an immune complex. The immune complex is further captured by anti-FITC antibodies coupled to the surface of the magnetic particle and adsorbed to the surface of the magnetic particle. After washing, the unbound material was removed and the luminescent substrate was added, ALP catalyzed the luminescence of the substrate, and the relative luminescence intensity (RLU) was determined.
